Advanced People Skills ™

APS™ includes nine sessions of UYO™ and LYO™Instructor Candidate Traning and takes the participants in depth for advanced level training. The other three sessions includes dedication to your Personal Aspirations, Self Acceptance, and Freedom from Proving that will expand your knowledge even further allowing you to acquire the skills to attain personal mastery.

Who is APS™ for ?

Individuals that desire to enhance their leadership skills, their ability to influence and to build a stronger foundation within themselves.  APS™ is for the person that recognizes the desire to do deeper, more advanced work in order to achieve mastery and make an even bigger difference in the world. If you are interested in advanceing to a higher and deeper level in all areas of your life, this training is for you.

What is the main course content of APS™?

• You will be learning the following UYO™ concepts at an advanced level: Diagnostic Skills (how to determine limiting beliefs), Self Reliance (a practical approach to interdependence), Intention Makes Things Happen (working with others to create cooperation skills through the use of intention) Image (a deeper discovery of your perceived image and what you truly desire to express), Living WIthout Blame (truly know how to create the reality you say you want), Bypassing Logic (a deeper understanding ofcreating feeling to bypass intellectual beliefs), Effective Use of Power (expand your ability to influence with your genuine power), Purpose/ Commitment (develop more clarity and details for your purpose and mission), Empathy (the key to ending any and all conflict)
• In the Personal Aspirations session you will discover what you do that excites you so much you lose track of time.  This will be carried through to creating a vision for yourself as well as incorporating the feelings necessary to carry this vision through to fruition.  This concept will be carried through to the Freedom from Proving Yourself so that you can further develop your personal aspirations consciously with mastery. FInally, it requires an immense amount of Self Acceptance to follow through with your hopes and dreams and this session will give you the tools to accomplish these goals.

What are the “features” of APS™?

• You will be in a class with a diverse group of individuals all moving toward personal mastery focusing on making a difference.
• In the event you decide to instruct any of the Global courses, you will know with experience what course best suits your personal aspirations.
• This training spans over 12 sessions over approximately 2 years giving you plenty of time in between session to apply the learned skills and integrate the concepts.

• For all 12 sessions you will go deeper in your learning which will result in an expanded view on subjects like self acceptance, empathy, image, and effective use of power.

What are the logistical details of the APS™ course?

• The training will take place in approximately seven cities throughout the United States.
• Your training will take place with different people from all over the United States, thus expanding your network of people and resources.
