Instructor Training

Global Relationship Centers Headquarters certifies Instructors to teach each course offered in their Certified Centers.  Each Global Instructor is trained to hold five responsibilities when teaching:

  1. Cover all course materials as they were taught during Instructor training and teach in an eloquent, colorful and entertaining fashion.
  2. Ensure that what students hear and understand is consistent with what is actually taught.
  3. Include the workshop tools so the student can and does live what has been taught after completing the training.
  4. Ensure that the student understands the usefulness of follow up, what follow up is available and create a plan to do the follow up so they maintain what they have learned.
  5. Encourage their students to increase their responsibility, including becoming Instructors, so they experience leadership, helpfulness and satisfaction at a higher level of commitment.
