Understanding Yourself and Others (UYO™)

At UYO™, you will be given the time to focus on yourself, and discover competencies and gifts within yourself that will assist you in getting what you most desire from life. You will learn to take more risks by becoming aware of limiting beliefs you have been operating from that have unknowingly been preventing you from challenging yourself toward your greater vision. Once aware of the limiting beliefs, new ones are formed along with ideas and choices to achieve your greater goals. What is the main course content of UYO™?

• UYO™ is based on the concept that everything we say or do is centered around relationships. You will learn many ways to enhance all the relationships in your life, including and especially, the relationship you have with yourself.
• Practical approaches and fun group experiences open you to new information, beliefs and solidification of new possibilities. The course includes individualized and group instruction, discussion and experiences tailored to the specific needs and desired outcomes of each student.
• You will learn principles, guidelines and practical tools for living your life that expand your opportunities and inspire you to act upon new directions.
• UYO™ will show you the limits within some of your current beliefs - in particular, those beliefs you created as a child - and help you move to new higher-potential beliefs that are aligned with who you choose to express yourself as now.
• This course should be taken by anyone who has not yet fully realized their dream, desires a boost in the realization of their dream, has given up on their dream or does not have a dream. Every UYO™ graduate solidifies a clear dream, and a gains an expanded belief system supporting the thoughts, actions and feelings necessary to achieve the dream.

What are the "features" of UYO™?

• Each individual takes the time to define the benefits they wish to receive, while Instructors customize the student's experience to meet his or her objectives. Marriage, partnership, career and friendship relationships are typical areas where students choose to focus but the course is not limited here.
• The UYO™ course is limited to 24 students to allow for an abundance of individualized attention.
• Included in the cost of the course is the book Understanding Yourself and Others by Bill Riedler.
• After you take the UYO™ course, you can return to assist a UYO™ course, at any Global center around the world, for free. This provides ongoing learning at anytime you choose.

What are the logistical details of the UYO™ course?

• As preparation for the course, you will complete a detailed Course Information Sheet. This helps you begin your learning by making conscious decisions about your desired goals in the areas of work, career, love, and friendship. It also provides valuable information for the Instructors to more effectively deliver the benefits you choose.
• UYO™ requires a commitment of about 36 hours over a weekend: Friday evening to Sunday evening.
• There is a graduation celebration on Monday evening. Graduates are encouraged and inspired to invite friends, coworkers and family members to their celebration.
• One week following course completion, there is an evening follow-up session. This gives you a chance to refresh and further integrate your learning.
• A rigorously trained female and male Instructor lead instruction, discussion, exercises and experiences. Course graduates (assistants) and students support each other during the process through their own learning.

The Understanding Yourself and Others ™ course was developed by Global Relatiionship Centers, Inc., which provides profound learning experiences that enhance an individual's personal and professional development. Every Global Relationship Centers course is delivered by fully certified instructors and sponsored in centers that are licensed in the Global Relationship Center network or in cities sponsored by Global Headquarters. Global and the Center network continually work in cooperation to update and improve these courses in order to provide you with the highest quality experience.
